Karl Sharman is US VP at BeecherMadden where he supports CISOs, CSOs, CROs, and Partners to budget, attract, recruit and retain staff through talent mapping, talent density, and talent depth planning. He is also the host of The Zero Hour Podcast, a podcast that gives listener the insights, techniques, and tools into top guests from the cybersecurity, governance, forensic, and data world.
Prior to working for BeecherMadden he spent most of his career within the sports industry, working in the football industry, including at three Premier League clubs.
