Details
Sarah completed her Master of International Affairs with a concentration in international security policy at Columbia SIPA, also receiving the Harriman Institute Certificate in Russian and Eurasian Studies, in 2018. While at SIPA and Harriman, she conducted research in Astana and Moscow, participated in the University Consortium in Moscow, and interned at Carnegie Moscow Center and Eurasia Group. She completed her SIPA capstone project advising the Government of Estonia and wrote her certificate essay on authoritarianism and Russian foreign policy in Central Asia. After graduation, she worked for Horizon Client Access as a political risk analyst focused on Russia and Eurasia, and she recently began her JD at Rutgers Law School. Prior to SIPA and Harriman, she received a Fulbright research grant to Ekaterinburg, Russia, and worked at the Institute of Modern Russia. She graduated from Drew University in New Jersey.
