Fiona Wissell
Fiona is a 1st-year MPA student concentrating in Energy and Environment. Before SIPA, she completed a BA at Hamilton College in Government and Public Policy with a focus on climate change policy. Her prior experience includes internships with Environment America, the State Department’s Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Fiona worked for four years at ICF as an Energy Market Consultant where she focused on developing power sector market impact analyses of environmental regulations and clean energy policies. She enjoys kickboxing and fostering cats with the ASPCA.
