Ha-Joon Chang will talk about his new book, Edible Economics: A Hungry Economist Explains the World. Chang uses the history of different foods to illustrate economic ideas. He looks at economic theory as a buffet rather than a set menu; and believes fusion always creates better flavor than monoculture.
