In today's competitive job market, it is essential to know your worth and confidently advocate for the compensation you deserve. The workshop aims to cover gender pay disparities and its impacts, strategies for salary negotiation, and role-playing scenarios to prepare you for professional success. Refreshments will be served. This event is open to all current SIPA students.

Featured speakers include Jodi Caplan from SIPA's Career Advancement Center and Tyson Taylor, SVP of Human Resources at Pioneer Natural Resources. This event is co-hosted by SIPA's Career Advancement Center, the Center on Global Energy Policy's Women in Energy Initiative, Columbia Energy Association, and Women in Leadership.
