Climate, Energy, & Environment Fall Retreat

Priority registration has ended for students concentrating or minoring in CEE. If you are a SIPA student outside of CEE, please reach out to Andrew (ad3962) to express interest and wait to submit your payment. We are looking to fill remaining spots with SIPA students who demonstrate an interest in CEE topics.

Below are the details on this weekend getaway.

• Camp Location: Black Rock Forest near Cornwall, NY. The Lodge has received several awards for its green building features, including geothermal heating and cooling, composting toilets and energy efficient design 😊
• Meeting Time: Saturday, October 3, 8:30 AM. Our group will meet the bus at 118th Street & Amsterdam Avenue.
• Campus Departure: Saturday, October 3, 9:00 AM. Don't miss the bus!
• Camp Departure: Sunday, October 4, 11:00 AM. Estimated arrival time to Columbia is 12:30 PM - 12:45 PM.
• Cost: $85.00.
• Included: transportation, cabin lodging, Saturday lunch/dinner, snacks, beer, wine, non-alcohol drinks and Sunday breakfast.
• Payment: Online.
• Dietary requirements: Please inform CEE when you submit the waiver.
• Waiver: A signed waiver is required.

We'll hike, relax around the campfire and have some fall fun. This is a great opportunity to bond with fellow CEE students!

You need to join the CEE CampusGroup to register for this CEE event. Open to first and second years who are concentrating or minoring in CEE.
