Dr. Marzia Fontana, Research Associate at the Institute for Development Studies, University of Sussex, will discuss her recent work with the ILO and UN Women to develop a tool for policymakers to measure the gender-differentiated employment effects of the COVID-19 crisis and to examine the full range of policy options available to promote more gender-equitable employment outcomes.

This and upcoming talks in the series will be livestreamed from Room 801, with the speakers joining remotely and students/faculty welcome to join in person or on Zoom.
