Community Savings Circles and Remittances: Building on the Trillion Dollar Informal Economic System

The "informal economic sector” swirls around us. We outsiders can’t see it, yet a villager or immigrant could tell us how it works. Ask the townsfolk and villagers who run the most transparent and community-minded savings groups how they would organize more groups. Grassroots Finance Action (https://lnkd.in/et6Yu8w) did just this and was astounded by the results.
