Yuliya Petsyk (MPA-DP’ 2022) is a Vice President of Sustainability & ESG at Citi, based in New York. In her role, she drives voluntary and regulatory reporting across Citi on the topics of climate change, sustainability, human rights and others. Prior to her time at Citi and after graduating from SIPA, Yuliya worked with ICR Inc., consulting U.S. public and private companies on ESG and sustainability strategy, reporting & communications. Yuliya came to SIPA with over 6 years of professional development experience, primarily in project coordination, impact measurement, monitoring & evaluation, and reporting with international organizations and NGOs. Yuliya has a BA in Business Administration from Gordon College and lives in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with her husband and their cat.

Lily Ghebrai is an ESG Senior Specialist at Capital Group covering Healthcare. She has 10 years of industry experience and joined Capital Group in February 2024. Lily was previously at TCW where she covered healthcare, technology, and telecommunications on the Sustainable Investment team. She holds an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), where she studied Economic and Political Development, and a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College. Lily is based in New York.

Chinwude Nwana is passionate about bridging inequalities, especially in human capital development, through innovative financing mechanisms powered by the private sector. She initially obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Earlham College, US. After College, she pivoted to finance as a consultant at KPMG Nigeria, advising clients on how to manage their business and investment risks. While there, she also contributed to the education sector as a Training Liaison Officer for Gracit Technology Foundation, which provides digital literacy skills to children. Chinwude obtained a better-informed perspective on healthcare through her Master’s degree in Public Administration-Development Practice at Columbia. Through practicums and coursework, she has explored topics in the intersection of sustainable development and healthcare. During her internship at IFC, she worked on supporting consumer services (including health and education) investments through market research. She is now at the IFC Health and Education team as the Industry Analyst where she contributes her skills to the team’s mission of supporting private health and education investments.

Amy (MIA, MSUP) is a manager of Strategy and Programs at IBM. In her role, she guides IBM's corporate strategy for mandatory and non-mandatory public disclosure. She also leads IBM’s ESG tooling and data, with particular focus on AI.  She also volunteers on IBM's Sustainability Accelerator to develop technical solutions for urban resiliency.  Prior to joining IBM Amy worked in project management in banking to implement regulatory requirements impacting Foreign Banking Organizations under Dodd Frank. Previously, she had worked in urban planning and economic development. Amy holds a dual master's degree from Columbia (MIA from SIPA and a Master of Science in Urban Planning from GSAPP). She holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College. Amy lives in Brooklyn with her husband, two little girls and headstrong Portuguese Water Dog.

As a Managing Director and ESG / Impact subject matter expert at Silver Leaf Partners, Marc represents a range of managers and companies seeking capital from institutional allocators, primarily in alternative asset classes, whose strategies integrate ESG / Impact and sustainability standards and metrics.  Marc provides advisory consulting, including ESG / Impact investing guidance and marketing due diligence, in support of capital introduction for his corporate and fund mandates.  He is a SASB FSA Credential Holder and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations. 



Marc has served in a range of financial, entrepreneurial, and leadership roles over the last two decades, including over 10 years in commercial banking at BB&T (now Truist).  Prior to joining Silver Leaf Partners, Marc completed his MPA in 2019 in International Finance and Economic Policy, with an additional focus on ESG and Impact Investing, at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. At Columbia, Marc led several ESG / Impact Investing projects, incorporating SDG goals and a range of ESG ratings metrics, and cultivated partnerships within the industry. Marc has significant experience and training in multi-stakeholder impact program development and management, including strategy and theory of change implementation. Marc earned his MBA in 2005.  He holds FINRA series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
