The PPC Club is hosting an educational lunch with Professor William Eimicke, a leading Columbia SIPA expert on public management, cross-sector partnerships, and urban policy. Professor Eimicke has held senior leadership roles across city and state government, including serving as FDNY Deputy Fire Commissioner under Mayor Bloomberg and leading major affordable housing efforts in New York State. He is also the co-author of Social Value Investing: A Management Framework for Effective Partnerships.
