Flyer for Women, Peace and Security in Practice

A panel discussion following the anniversary of UNSCR 1325 to discuss the importance of the Women, Peace and Security agenda and the future of peacebuilding efforts in diverse contexts worldwide. It will highlight case studies of initiatives from women peacekeepers on the ground and the localization of 1325 by local women peacebuilders at the community, local, and national levels. The panel aims to foster exchange between civil society, the UN, and academia to advance efforts to implement the women, peace and security agenda in practice.
