For policy students, this presents a unique opportunity interrogate how silence and stigma around menopause translate into systemic costs, at the individual, organizational, and national levels. Jennifer is a founder, strategist, and executive leader with over two decades of experience designing systems-level solutions across 25+ countries. She currently leads the first organization dedicated to global menopause policy and awareness. As Foundation Director at Nike, she built cross-sector partnerships leveraging over $100 million to empower adolescent girls globally. She then spent over a decade at the World Bank Group, where she contributed to the oversight and mobilization of over $1 billion in development funds and led programs in financial inclusion, gender equity, and sustainable development. Jennifer consults with United Nations agencies, leading companies and nonprofits and is an advisor to the London Interdisciplinary School MBA program.
