Please join the HRHP concentration welcoming Professor Horst Fischer to discuss important implications for the humanitarian field, including law and practice, due to COVID-19.The topic of this discussion will mirror the content in the upcoming expansion of Professor Fischer's International Humanitarian Law course (fall 2020), which will be available to all students in HRHP.

Professor Horst Fischer has been teaching the international humanitarian law course at SIPA since 2002 and has taught the international law course in 2005 and 2017. Professor Fischer is also involved in setting up the NOHA programme and the exchange with the Venice Human Rights Center (EIUC), Italy. He is also engaged in international cooperation of SMEs to work in developing and emerging economies.
