Details

Get to know fellow graduate students, faculty, and staff in the human rights community at Columbia! This all-day retreat will feature faculty info sessions, highlight student clubs, and help us all become acquainted for the academic year! Additional activities such as touring the MET Cloisters and kayaking are also available, please indicate in your event registration which activity you prefer to participate in. The day will close with food and drinks at Tryon Public House.

Field Day Itinerary:

11:30 am - Arrive in Fort Tryon Cloisters Lawn, mapping the day!
12:00-1:00 pm - Bring-your-own-bag lunch with faculty
1:00-2:00 pm - Activities and getting to know student groups
2:00-5:00 pm - MET Cloisters tour or Kayaking
5:00 pm - 5:30pm - Free time - walk back to dinner
5:30 – 8:00 pm - Dinner/Drinks at Tryon Public House
