In today's world, an effective human rights practitioner needs to know how to research and report on human rights, using not only quantitative skills but also the ability to sensitively interview victims and witnesses or assess a morgue report. Join HRHP for the latest event in our professional development series: a skills-building workshop on research and reporting with Professor Andrew Heinrich. Professor Heinrich will provide students with an overview on how to perform human rights research and reporting, including how to propose a research design; describe and implement various human rights research methodologies; compare and contrast the different kinds of human rights research and reporting; and write about human rights findings in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
