Mission
JASSA (Japan Study Student Association) provides opportunities for the SIPA community and the greater Columbia University community including undergraduate and graduate students. JASSA's main events involve panel discussions and seminars held by Japanese politicians, economists, academics and professionals. We also host cultural and social events each month during the academic year and occasionally co-sponsor a number of activities with other student organizations. Events will be held in both English and Japanese and are open to the Columbia University community, Columbia affiliates and others who are interested in Japan.
