A conversation with recent SIPA Alum and congressional candidate Ashmi Sheth about making the commitment to public office, and what that looks like for young and traditionally under-represented individuals to break into the space at the grassroots level.

Ashmi Sheth is a first-generation American who quit her job at the Federal Reserve to run for office, a courageous move taken not long after graduating from SIPA. Students, especially those interested in running for public office, are encouraged to come with curiosity and questions.
