Dear SIPA Community,
As we wrap up the third week of school, SIPASA would like to make sure you’re aware of two important resources on campus that are available to all students at Columbia.

Columbia University Food Bank
SIPA students facing food insecurity are eligible to receive help from the Columbia University Food Bank, located in 582 Lerner Hall. Students with any level of food insecurity can receive a two week disbursement of non-perishable food items. For more information, visit their website here.
Columbia Psychological Services
SIPASA understands how overwhelming the start of the school year can be and want to make sure you know that SIPA students are still eligible to use their services, including daily walk in hours. There are weekly problem solving hours, which allow students to talk through an issue with a counselor on Wednesdays from 1:00-3:00pm in IAB 610, emergency drop in hours Mondays through Thursdays from 6:00-9:00pm in Lerner Hall, and SIPA students can schedule appointments by calling the office. For more information on CPS and their services, visit their website here.
