How to get a full-time job at the UN? What piece of advice would you like to have had before applying for a position? We'll discuss these and other questions with Holly White, HR Specialist at UNFPA and Adjunt Professor at SIPA; as well as recent SIPA graduates Indrani Sarkar (MPA'17), Child Protection Officer at UNICEF in the MENA Regional Office; and Aymane Saidi (MIA'13), Project Manager at UN Women in Morocco.

Holly is an Human Rights Specialist with the United Nations Population Fund based in New York, and adjunct professor at SIPA, where she facilitates workshops on career development and interviewing skills for graduate students.

Indrani Sarkar

Indrani (MPA'17) works as Child Protection Specialist (Social Norms) at the UNICEF Middle East and North Africa Regional Office. She previously worked with UNICEF in India and New York, as well as with UNDP Cameroon.

Aymane Saidi

Aymane (MIA’13) is Project Manager at UN Women in Morocco, and for the last five years he has overseen the technical assistance to development partners, and the monitoring and reporting of the programme.
