Robert Zachary Tumin is Adjunct Professor of International and Public Affairs at the Picker Center for Executive Education. He teaches courses in public management, organizational behavior, and information and communications technologies. Zach earned his BA in philosophy cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, his Master's in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and his Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.

She co-authored "Precisely: working with precision systems in a world of data" published by Columbia University Press in 2023, examining global patterns of data applications across industries from agriculture to education. Madeleine's work brought her from Sydney to Berlin to New York City, and has focused on building products that customers love in e-commerce, social, media entertainment and gaming. She completed a masters in economics & public policy at Columbia University, after a bachelors in philosophy at Sydney University, and lives in New Jersey with her husband and two dogs.
