NYC Recommendations
Isa recommends:
Double Dutch Espresso / Mess Hall! (Frederick Douglass Blvd. between 118th and 119th St.) This spot is half coffee shop, half bar, and is a great spot to study or grab a drink with friends (or both!) It's also located by a bunch of great shops and restaurants in Harlem.
Allie recommends:
Neue Galerie! (86th St. and 5th Ave) This museum of 20th century German and Austrian art houses the Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer by Gustav Klimt, and is a small, cozy place to pass the time near Central Park and the Met!
