Join Women in Leadership, the Leadership, Innovation and Design Specialization, and the Gender and Public Policy Specialization to learn about unconscious biases. What are they? What is their impact on our lives, personally, academically, and professionally? How can we become up-standers and agents of change? How can we take active roles to tackle, address, and combat biases in the workplace? All these questions and more will be addressed at our Unconscious Bias Workshop! Come, discuss, learn, and receive tangible tools at our first fall workshop of 2022. Various discussion circles will be facilitated by our sponsoring organizations LASA, BSU, SPECTRUM, GPWG, Women in STEM, RISE.

We will also serve some drinks and food after the event to continue the conversation.
