About Us
The Community Acceptance through a Social License Agreement in Peru Capstone has evolved in the hands of SIPA teams for seven years. Over the years, the projects have focused on the effect of the mining industry on the Peruvian social and economic development, particularly the impact of poor mining regulation and mismanagement on the surrounding indigenous communities.
The Capstone teams drafted and planned implementation strategies for social license agreements and thereby secured and effected Consulta Previa, all in accordance with the Mining Vision 2030.
